We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We use DOJO to collect and process transaction information.


We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone. Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.

Our kitchen team will try and accommodate customer requests wherever possible. However, please notify us below of any considerations regarding allergens and intolerances when ordering.

Please be aware that we have an open kitchen where all the main 14 allergens are used. Due to these circumstances, we are unable to guarantee that any menu item can be completely allergen free.
